Dear Sir or Madam,

In the context of your intensive preparations for a new international treaty of high importance, which are taking place these days in Geneva, we, the citizens of the European Union, are telling you that we are aware of our rights and duties; we are aware of what sovereignty means. Our sovereignty is our choice.

The treaty you are preparing in secret, behind a smokescreen of constant intimidation, is the product of the globalist-capitalist aspirations of a few individuals for power and authority, which you want to take over in a covert manner under the guise of health concerns.

WHO: “The proposal for an international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response is guided by a spirit of collective solidarity, anchored in the principles of fairness, inclusiveness and transparency.

Neither individual governments nor the global community can entirely prevent pandemics. But the international community needs to be much better prepared and better aligned in responding to possible future pandemics across the entire cycle of detection, alarm and response.

The instrument would set out the objectives and fundamental principles in order to structure the necessary collective action to fight pandemics.

An international convention, agreement or another international instrument on pandemics would support and focus on:

• early detection and prevention of pandemics
• resilience to future pandemics
• response to any future pandemics, in particular by ensuring universal and equitable access to medical solutions, such as vaccines, medicines and diagnostics
• a stronger international health framework with the WHO as the coordinating authority on global health matters
• the “One Health” approach, connecting the health of humans, animals and our planet

More specifically, such an instrument can enhance international cooperation in a number of priority areas, such as surveillance, alerts and response, but also in general trust in the international health system.«

WHO signing of the contract with T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom (DTEGn.DE), on 23rd of February 2022 for the development of a software solution for the global electronic verification of coronavirus vaccination certificates is an unprecedented move in terms of national sovereignty.

The people of Europe are determined: fundamental freedoms and sovereignty are given to us, one human being at a time, by coming into this world; there are no self-appointed superhumans who can or should govern the lives of fellow human beings.

Therefore we ask you: when and on what legislative basis did Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the WHO, seek and receive approval from the 194 WHO the Member States to make business transactions on their behalf? Ordinary citizens understand this to mean a new agreement has already been signed and that Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus as the new President of ‘ONE’ world government that WE, the citizens of Europe, never CHOSE; we believe that this is a gross violation of fundamental human rights and of our sovereignty.

We choose FREEDOM in the full sense of the word, freedom of decision, speech, movement, choice of medical treatment, etc. We are determined to uphold and respect fundamental human rights and freedoms, which are inalienable and in no way a privilege of a few individuals.

WE TELL YOU WITH ONE VOICE, LOUD AND CLEAR: THE POWER OF A UNITED PEOPLE FOR FREEDOM IS UNSTOPPABLE. FREEDOM, DESPITE YOUR ATTEMPTS, BURNS IN THE HEARTS OF MILLIONS AND CAN NOT BE EXTINGUISHED, CAN NOT BE BOUGHT, CAN NOT BE SUBJUGATED. BECAUSE IT LIVES FOR ALL THAT IS TRUE, WHAT IS GOOD AND RIGHT.

WE UNITE TO TELL YOU A CLEAR “NO!” TO YOUR INTENTIONS.
